About the event

Join us for a gentle, reflective, and collaborative seminar that invites participants to explore one of life’s most profound and often overlooked experiences—our own death. Through guided discussion, quiet reflection, and meaningful exercises, we’ll consider what it means to leave a legacy, how we want to be remembered, and how we wish to say goodbye.

This 2.5-hour gathering offers a supportive space to contemplate end-of-life choices, create a personal funeral plan, and begin writing a legacy letter or ethical will. Participants will leave with take-home exercises and resources to continue the conversation with loved ones.

Whether you’re navigating your own reflections or supporting someone else, this workshop provides a compassionate framework for living—and dying—with intention.
