Ready to add a functional, handmade feature to your garden? In this hands-on class, you’ll learn to build your very own potting bench—a perfect workstation for gardening, repotting, and storing tools. Along the way, you’ll practice the essential skills of reading a simple set of plans, measuring and cutting lumber, and safely using a variety of power tools to bring your project to life.
No prior building experience? We recommend taking our Intro to Power Tools class first if you’ve never worked with tools before.
By the end of the day, you’ll not only take home a finished potting bench, but also the knowledge and confidence to tackle future DIY projects. Together, we’ll explore how creative reuse of local and salvaged materials…
